Still waiting on my package. I ordered a new phone last week. It went into castle donington and has not moved for 5 days now. I get a few days of a wait, but nearing a week of a wait is ridiculous, especially for an item as small as a phone.
Compared to Amazon's own delivery services or DHL/DPD, UPS seems to not care about delivery items in a timely manner. I would avoid them if you can. The only reason I'm dealing with them is because amazon automatically used their as their carrier for my package.
Absolutely joke of a company I posted a parcel to Germany ups express Ireland to Germany total 110 euro got discount code so 91.79euro ... Got another charge for 126.22 euro ... Nearly died so 225 euro to send a parcel weights 13 kg . Got the bank and rang ups about 7 different departments all excuses and handling charges a pure scam second time to happen to me they do this to everyone that's how they make there money
Visited a local depot in mid-November to send a small box weighing just 0.001 kg to the USA. Initially charged 30 euros, then hit with an additional 60 euros for unclear reasons. After numerous attempts to reach customer support, no one could clarify the extra charges, resulting in a total of 93.55 euros for shipping a tiny gym part to America. This feels like the biggest scam ever, and many have echoed similar concerns on social media. It's truly disappointing.
My parcel, expected on December 23rd, was held at the facility due to a "no Suite number" issue, as I was informed during my call on the 24th after checking the tracking system. All address details were correct, including the Eircode. On December 29th, during my third call, I was told it would arrive before the end of the business day. However, I just checked the tracking and saw an update stating, "delivery re-scheduled due to holiday closures at Finglas," making it unlikely to arrive today. I had a choice between two carriers and regret choosing this one. Save yourself the hassle and opt for another option.
I am incredibly frustrated with this service and wish brands would cease using it. My husband purchased an expensive pair of boots for me as a Christmas gift on Black Friday, expecting delivery on the 10th of this month. Instead, we received an email claiming our package was delivered on the 9th at 7 PM, while we were home at that time. No one visited our house, and we have no proof such as a signature or photo. The support team stated the package was delivered by a representative named Daren and received by him, which is baffling. We even asked neighbors for any video footage from that day, and none showed any delivery to our house. It seems like our package was deliberately taken. After multiple attempts to resolve this through calls, emails, and chats, we were met with frustration. They claimed the delivery person would reach out, but that never happened. Ultimately, we were informed that the case is closed and it's no longer their issue. This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and I urge brands to reconsider using this service.

I received two emails about failed deliveries, stating no one was home, despite my waiting for two days. It’s hard to believe. I’m certain they won’t deliver anything and will return the items, placing the blame on the recipients.
This is the most unreliable courier service I’ve encountered. I truly can’t comprehend how they manage to mess up every single delivery. It’s almost comical—every package sent with this service ends up either not delivered, delivered to the wrong location, or damaged. I’ve stopped ordering from online retailers that use this service for deliveries; I simply don’t have the patience to deal with their incompetence.

This service is completely unprofessional! AVOID! My package was stuck at a sorting facility for two weeks, and the support team kept sending me in circles with various excuses, telling me to contact the sender for numerous issues. In the end, it’s being sent back to the sender, despite my repeated requests to change the address. A bunch of incompetent individuals. I will NEVER use them again!
