UPS informed me by email that my parcel has been delivered. In reality, it hadn't, so I tried to report the matter. They had an online form to report the issue but it did not work. Finally I called them and found out that they work with a subcontractor in my town, and that operator had left the parcel with a post office (not even my usual one) without bothering to inform me.
