They lost one of my packages and replaced it with a random one, as if what we ship were worthless garbage.This isn’t just incompetence — it’s pure negligence. A company like this should be immediately investigated and kept far away from anyone who needs even the slightest bit of reliability.UPS is worth less than nothing: an insult to the very idea of logistics.
