I received a notification yesterday that the parcel I was waiting for was delivered, but it was delivered to the wrong address. The proof of delivery showed a completely different building.I reached out to the customer service, and they let me know that they would escalate this to find a solution. I called today again to follow up on my request, and it turns out they closed the request because "they tried to reach out to me, but they couldn't". When confronted about this, the agent just said that the parcel was not an urgent one. As if that would be reason enough to lie and just close the ticket without even looking into this.I have never had so many issues with parcel deliveries as with UPS. By extension, I'll avoid any shop that uses them as a delivery company.Update: I received a call out of nowhere today from the UPS driver that, I guess, delivered my parcel to the wrong address. He wanted me to sign a form that confirmed that I received my parcel. I told him right away that I only ended up getting my parcel because the person who wrongly received it reached out to me, not because of UPS. His response: "But you received your parcel". I also just want to mention that I opened a claim, and it seems that this form was a way to avoid any responsibility on their end. The audacity!I can't understand how a company of such a global reach can be this sneaky and unprofessional.
