Appalling service. Overcharged a small amount for insurance that was not requested as UPS insurance covered the item. 8 phone calls, multiple emails providing proof of value, of UPS quote, of payment, and still over charged. A petty issue but on principal pursuing. Polite service from Vaishali, Sahil, Mabuvali, and probably whoever I speak to next as will continue.Checked and UPS have over 2k reviews on Trustpilot, of which 94% are negative, and it claims 0% replies by them to negative reviews.I don't expect to be treated any differently, just joining the list of all those who already advised people to avoid this company.
