Displaying fictitious information on tracking page saying a laptop was delivered on January 22nd with proof of delivery. I have not received the expensive laptop and they will not provide this proof of delivery as it does not exist. Their false declaration on this tracking page is preventing my consumer rights to get a refund for undelivered laptop. Their investigation team is disastrous and unhelpful and I hold them fully responsible for my terrible experience.I believe they are scamming me with the laptop company at this stage as both of them are constantly fobbing me off. It was supposed to be delivered 22nd January, it is now March 3rd and UPS are still preventing the course of justice. I will have to go to small claims court.
