I recieved a package from UPS mid January, the package was torn and the jeans in the package were ripped. Delivery driver had left the goods where they were destroyed by a dog. Tracking also said I signed but did not.I followed up with UPS to lodge a complaint and still waiting to get the complaint to the right department.This is hugely frustrating and probably the delivery company that I least trust.Poor delivery and poor customer service.
