My experience with UPS was painful from start to finish. I haven’t received any notifications about estimated delivery and then delay, their tracking kept changing by the minute, it was impossible to update the delivery address when it was needed and I got no help from customer service (called them for two weeks, multiple times), and in the end they delivered to the wrong address. I asked them to get it picked up and sent to the updated address as I couldn’t change it due to their platform / customer support not working. They said from their perspective it’s delivered to the right address so it is what it is.
