Absolutely useless, pay for express delivery and they just send you an email with a delivery date and just change and change and change the date all the time. Then get emails saying out for delivery. No delivery comes and then more emails saying delayed but it's not their fault. They blame everyone else, they rarely update the tracking. They're so bad I think businesses that use them will lose my custom.
