Worst courier company I've ever used. I used to use their PO boxes until they repeatedly bounced packages that had customs charges against them. No warning at all. Multiple times my business partners had packages with 75 dollar postage returned with no reason given. Calling customer service was useless until I managed to get through to a member of staff in the Dublin depot who explained that things weren't going well. They closed a few months later. Now, they'll apply charges of 27 euro with no explanation on packages with values of less that 25 dollars. They don't take payment for it at the time of postage or on delivery. I had to create an account just to pay it and receive the family gift. I hope they close completely. No other delivery service is this expensive or poorly run.
