Terrible experience all in all.I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience with UPS. My package arrived late despite paying for expedited shipping, and when it finally did, the item was damaged. Customer service was awful and slow to respond, leaving me frustrated and without a resolution. This is not the level of service I expected, and I am hesitant to use UPS again in the future. Overall a woeful and abysmal company.
