This company, UPS, lied about my delivery. On 27/01, a delivery was scheduled for me. I waited at home all day, and no one showed up. But to my surprise, they updated the tracking information, stating that a delivery attempt had been made. According to the company's website, they tried to deliver the package, but no one was home to receive it. This is a lie because not only did I not leave the house, but they also left no notification.Then, the tracking indicated that they would attempt delivery the next day (yesterday), but once again, no delivery was made. Instead, they updated the tracking status to "on the way," with a vague message about an issue with the label.Now, the status says that UPS will deliver the package as soon as possible. This company is, at the very least, disappointing!
