I have come to the conclusion that UPS stands for Unbelievably Poor ServiceI have now reached the stage where if UPS is the courier for my online purchase, I don't buy - even if it's something that I really like. I have also cancelled an order because of the extremely poor service that is 'provided', and I use that term very looselyBetween deliveries getting lost, incorrect information logged online (e.g. delivery was attempted but the receiver wasn't available) and the general sense of couldn't care less, they really are a company to avoidUnfortunately, for some online purchases, UPS is the only service available in Ireland - that must lead to lost revenue and additional discounts having to be given to dissatisfied customersTypically, I'm not a fan of negative reviews but, in this case, it's the only option available
