I had an incredibly frustrating experience with UPS involving a return shipment that sat untouched at their facility for over a week, despite a formal return-to-sender request submitted by the seller. I received zero communication or updates during that time, and only saw movement after I personally contacted customer service.The delay directly impacted my business, costing me time, money, and credibility with a client. While the rep I spoke with was polite, the lack of proactive service and follow-through from UPS was unacceptable. I won’t be trusting UPS with critical business shipments again until I can be assured this issue has been properly addressed and resolved.
