I have no clue where is my package. Contact with client is terrible. Package was sent from Poland to Ireland. Sender provide ALL details. And nobody know where is a package. I've got a letter as they "couldn't contact me by phone"- nobody was calling and my phone number is correct. I tried to call them- nobody answered. So I wrote first email and I wrote second email....I even don't know for what they need to contact me as in their letters is no information of the reason. Nobody explained what this is about and in the same time UPS expect from sender covering cost of storage this package- package which is stuck somewhere without our fault. He himself wrote three times my details in the mails, described what is in the package, provided all informations needed for successful delivery. No answer. I'm very, very upset and you can be sure that this is my last time to using UPS as a delivery company and I will spread news around for people to stay out of this company.
