Every single parcel that UPS deliver to me takes a very long time or they don't deliver at all. On one occasion I had to drive 40 Kms to meet the driver, so that was an 80 km round trip to pick up a package the driver wasn't going to deliver on a Friday !This last example, I'm waiting on a parcel from the Netherlands, it arrives in Finglas, Dublin in 3 days, 4 days later it's still not delivered to me in Carlow an 85 Km trip. It went from Finglas to Roscommon, now I see it's back in Finglas, it's around 160 Km trip, this means the package has travelled at least 320 Kms from when it arrived in Finglas which was the first destination after the Airport, that's 320 Kms when I live 85 Kms from Finglas, even if they deliver it tomorrow it will have travelled at least 405 Kms before it will have been delivered to me. Tomorrow is the 5 th day since it arrived into Ireland and it only took 3 days to get from the Netherlands to Ireland but it takes 5 days to deliver from a depot 85 Kms away ? that's if they deliver it tomorrow at all. One major issue with UPS is that the majority of their drivers if not all of them are contractors, UPS don't care about customer service to non business customers. I would avoid using UPS at all costs, if the company you are ordering from does not show you the company who will be delivering your package then email and ask, if they only use UPS then order from a different website. My partner's parcel took 2 weeks for UPS to deliver recently, same thing, parcel bouncing too and from UPS depot to UPS depot. UPS are an utter joke in Ireland. If I could give 0 or - stars for UPS I would rate them at -10 because there is always issues with UPS !I get deliveries from other couriers all the time no issue DPD and DHL are excellent , it's always UPS that is the problem !
