Horrible Service - Avoid UPSI’m extremely disappointed with UPS. My package has been delayed for over a week, and every day I’m told it will be delivered "by the end of the day," but it never arrives. I’ve wasted so much time waiting with no clear updates or solutions.Customer service is unhelpful, and the lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
