UPS is just about as bad as a service company can be. You cannot get in touch with them AT ALL. They have no customer service contact. My package (Irl to UK) was to take 3-5 working days. I tracked it to where it sat in an UPS depot in England for two weeks while I received constant 'do not reply' emails to say it could not be delivered. There was no way to contact anyone to find out why.It was horrendous and extremely stressful as the receiver ( a large international business) was expecting it, was in contact with me daily- and there was a deadline.I would NEVER NEVER NEVER use UPS again. EVER
