This company does not even deserve one star. I would rate zero if possible. Christmas is not an excuse. This company has the same issues all year round. Lost, missing packages, re routed, never on time, if they even ever arrive. I am genuinely done at this point, and boycotting any company who solely uses ups as a delivery method. Disgraceful scam company who does not care about customers in the slightest. AVOID!!
