Horrible and shameless. My package from Spain arrived to Dublin in 3 days, it is sitting in the UPS warehouse for the last four days. Even though they sent multiple notifications about my package to be delayed, the customer service representative just told me on the phone that my package will not be considered delayed because it is “standard delivery.” Rather than giving me a new estimate they tell me i should expect delivery within the next 5 days. They are shameless. They are incompetent. They are sub-standard. From now on, I will not make online orders from a place if their agreement is with UPS. They do not deserve even one star.
