Our experience with UPS so far: 3 packages undelivered due to "security code missing" - Its a front door with bell. 2 packages were returned for the above reason. Had to resend and Im sure the seller had to pay twice.1 laptop disappeared - Somehow UPS didn't notice this and we were told by the seller.1 camera disappeared - UPS thought this was the senders fault. It hadnt even hit Irish shores at this point.Chat has never worked.Emails are ignored.CS seems tired and frustrated, I dont blame them.Whenever I speak with the depot, which is more often than I care to, I get attitude for their problems.I would never ever use UPS Ireland. Unfortunately, seller abroad don't realise its utter shite.
