Tracking information isn't updated, deliveries are rescheduled without warning. Drivers don't have company phones so can't contact customers. Three delivery failed notifications without any evidence. I was at home the third day and they didn't ring my buzzer. Contacted customer service to redirect to a collection point, bungled that and rescheduled instead. Second customer service agent lied/misinformed regarding same. Third agent was bluffing the whole time and only helped when I told them I was going to leave a bad score on the end-of-call survey. Customer support can't contact drivers and can't see more in depth information. They couldn't even see some info I had access to through the public tracking website.
