Oh my god! How are these people in business! How are replicable brands even using them. This is the THIRD time this has happened when ordering. I put my Eircode in when I purchased the items. I then have UPS claiming they have no shipping address. I spend 30 minutes on the phone to them on Thursday „updating“ my details. They assured me someone would call back from the Depot here within an hour, no call! Then Friday I get a call and she tells me it will be delivered Saturday. I then check this morning call them again, spend a further 20 mins on hold to discover the parcel is being returned to the sender? These were Christmas presents! Why is a brands using such a unreliable shipping service like UPS? What is happening with my order now? I absolutely know now I won’t have them for Christmas. This is the third time this has happened. Customer service is a joke
