It happened in Dublin — Ireland On the delivery day, I was waiting all day for the package.I just then got an email saying they couldn’t deliver but never freaking call 📞 ! I told the CS team, that’s building security. If the driver would have called they would have been able to deliver.Told them please deliver tomorrow and call.The next day I was 10 min away from the apartment and they call on the spot to deliver and couldn’t sit for me to come back. I said at Kesey you call 20 min before to tell the people that you are going to deliver. What the hell are those incompetent working in the service industry ! There is a saying that incompetent can’t be cure
