I seriously dont know why and how they in the business. worst service. they dont know how to deliver product. they will call to your house, press the doorbell once and within 10 seconds they will leave and then hold the package in their warehouse. they expect you to collect the package. they wont even call you. its your responsibility to notice that your product hasn't arrived, contact the sender get the tracking and contact ups. when you try to contact you will notice they do not have any customer service number on their website. I dont have a clue how their driver always do the exact same? why they are so diffrent then other company such as DPD or Amazon own delivery or DHL? UPS, please close your business or change the whole management system.
