Parcel did not arrive, made a claim and verdict package lost.One month later recieved phone call from someone who lives many miles away with different Eircode telling me they have recieved my package. Both they and myself contacted UPS for it to be collected and delivered properly.Got email from Customer Service and they stated - you could not make this up - Claim shows package LOST apologies for any inconvenience.So even though UPS was informed by 2 people exactly where the package is and where it should be the computer says Lost and the computer is always right.I cannot even begin to suggest where improvements could be made because this just beggars belief
