UPS delivery never arrived and no effort from UPS to contact me either before they closed for the day- I purchased an item from Gear4Music which was split into separate packages by Gear4Music- guess what, the package Gear4Music sent by UPS to my address couldn’t (or so they claim) be delivered because address info needed to be updated, yet the package that Gear4Music sent via DPD to that same address arrived this morning - UPS got a hefty one day delivery fee upfront for getting my package to me today, and when they did not deliver they tried to hang the fault on an inadequate address-the driver obviously didn’t bother to look up the postal code- if DPD could find me at my home address then a UPS driver should also be able to find me - I shouldn’t even give these people (UPS) one star- there should be an option here to give no star to a company for extremely bad service - advice to all who read this, don’t have anything delivered to you by UPS, they are a complete disaster to deal with, and their bot is of no help either, sending me to a link that I have to log into, in order to contact them, and the link doesn’t even permit me to sign in, cos I’m not the sender of the package, I’m the recipient and as such only have a tracking number, and do not have a UPS account. I will never again use UPS and will cancel an order rather than have them deliver to me in future if a company chooses to only use UPS.
