I would give 0 stars but it’s not an option . My experience has been a joke. My delivery was due on a Tuesday when I am normally in the office but decided to work from home to make sure I was there, I checked all day to ensure I was ready for its arrival, refreshed the tracker and it said they tried to deliver 20 minutes ago but “no one was home” I didn’t received a call, no one rang the doorbell or knocked. My dog barks at any movement near the door so I knew this was a lie. I called to reschedule for the next day to my work address as I had to go in, got a delivery notification at lunchtime and checked with receiption, nothing arrived and it even had my name down on the delivered notification as if I received it. Called them and they advised it was delivered somewhere in Dublin but they are not sure where yet and they we will re-route back to me but “nothing is guaranteed”… beyond frustrated at this point. I asked them to find where it is so I can go get it myself because I don’t trust them to re-deliver to the correct address.. sadly they won’t so I am sure someone else will be receiving my deliver later and I will go through this again.
