Have never had a delivery experience with UPS that wasn't painful. I have waited at home all day waiting for a parcel, no sign of it so I check my tracking and it says "Delivery Attempted" and there has been absolutely no phone call, knock on the door, anything. Every time I try to make an account with them to change my delivery preferences to say "Please call me before you just drive away!!!", the website will tell me my account cant be processed right now?Love DPD, Fastway, even An Post - always have far better experiences with them.
