The service delivered my package to incorrect address despite having eircode attached. After raising the issue, where the driver attached proof of delivery with picture of different house, the UPS got absolutely nightmare to start claim process. I have received an email two days later saying their driver collected my package from the wrong house and re delivered to mine. I haven't received nothing and checked CCTV and got nothing. After notify UPS of this they accused me indirectly of receiving the package and not declaring it. I told them I can show CCTV footage and asked them when the driver re deliver the package to my house as CCTV showed absolutely nothing and I have got nothing. The company lied about the driver redelivered the package. I asked why didn't they took another picture as a proof of delivery as with the first one to incorrect house.I'm very disappointed with their approach.
