If there was an option to give a zero star I would. Wasn't there when package was originally to be delivered. Original email didn't give a time just said end of day. When driver rang there wasn't an option to have it delivered later in the day. Tried on several occasions to reschedule delivery of the package but as of today it has not arrived. When I did speak to someone in Customer Services they advised it would be delivered by 7pm in the evening, very inconvenient. When I tried to log into my choice ups had problems logging in. When track the package it still says package is in warehouse and delivery date will be provided as soon as possible. Awful experience, I would have been quicker going to the UK and picking up the package myself.
