0 star. Horrible experience as usual with UPS. I was supposed to receive 3 package starting yesterday... 2 oh them have already been sent back to the sender by UPS with no valid reason. I called the customer service, just after I check the status (saying it was not a correct address, although my full address was mentioned and correct). I told them that I actually have the picture of the package with my full address, nothing, except it's to late it's back to the warehouse and will be sent back to the sender(overseas, although package still in Dubli). I then asked them for different package, it's ok it will be delivered today... Again, no update, nothing. More than 3 times already. Terrible overall service.
