Appalling. Atrocious.Comfortably the worst experience with a delivery I can remember. 5x occasions I was told my package would be delivered 'by the end of the day'.....never arrived. Couldn't locate the house despite it having an eircode. Asked me to switch to a local OohPod and then lied and said it was broken ( I went down and looked straight after they emailed me this nonsense and it was working perfectly) I ended up just requesting a refund after 4 weeks of dealing with a company who couldn't manage a delivery 30km's from their depot. If I can at all avoid using UPS in the future I will be.
