As bad as eir and Sky, worse than useless, 10 days waiting for a parcel from Italy. UPS don't give a toss for their customers. The customer service is a lesson in world class BS. The agents read from a script and are incapable of being constructive or factual. The UPS website is digital torture. In the last 12 months, I've had 15 UPS deliveries at home. 14 out the 15 deliveries were delayed. The 15th still hasn't materialised.
