I wouldnt even rate this pathetic company.Home all day working away on orders and expecting a delivery of materil from these clowns.Low and behold they cant gain access.left my number on the delivery details so why doesnt the driver call the number on the delivery docket so i can come down and collect it.? Inept fools.Get onto customer service and the usual spiel and having a begging tounge up my backside which was coldly dismissed. Was told id get a call back in an hour from the office in Dublin. Waiting 4 hours so i contacted cs again and provided them with same details provided earlier.Cs contact me at 5pm and guarantee they will have my order here the next day and will have the driver ring my phone prior to delivery......never happened. Parcel was taken back to depot and had to contact them myself. They tried TWICE to deliver it today without contacting me as promised.The whole company seems intent on killing itself. Thats fine but my buisness lost out on a 400 euro order because id no materials on hand that ups were responsible to deliver.U p s = USELESS PARCEL SERVICEDO NOT USE!
