I have honestly never in my life experienced such incompetency, across the board, in a company. Saying that they ‘attempted delivery’ two days in a row, when someone was at home ALL DAY for the entire 48 hour period. Then being unable to change the delivery to a collection online as the website was not accepting the (copied and pasted) reference number. Then when eventually we managed to change it by phone and were told by the person to collect between 6.30pm and 9pm, only to be informed on arrival that the collection point closes at 9pm. Unbelievable!!!!
