They never delivered some parcel from Gear4Music. The parcel was supposed to arrive between the 10th and the 11th of October. I had an international trip on the 13th of October. They didn't deliver it on the 10th or the 11th. No updates at all, no excuses. So, when I called them, they said the parcel had to be repackaged because the package had been damaged and that on the 12th of October I'd surely received the parcel. Today is the 18th of October, there are no news from them. I contacted Gear4Music and I have the impression that even Gear4Music are in the dark regarding this parcel and true updates from UPS. I just checked today again for updates on UPS tracked and now it says Address Information Required. This is not the first time I had purchased from Gear4Music and my address was correctly informed as it states on their website.UPS is a joke. I don't recommend this company. You're likely to have issues with this company and you'll be left in the dark and totally confused if you contact them.
