No one picks up the Customer Care number, the UPS depot number was answered by someone who just kept refusing to talk and kept telling me to ring Customer Care. I finally (think) that I have it sorted by Live Chat (thank you Cyrus P). All of this because they kept trying to deliver to the Billing Address as opposed to the specified Delivery Address. They are a total Grade A, absolute nightmare to deal with. You're better off sending things by carrier pigeon. The only reason that I was using them this time was because it was a present for my partner. I will now no longer use certain suppliers if I know they ship by UPS. This company is utter rubbish.
