UPS delivery driver brought package to my home, and said there was customs duty due on the package as it had come from India. I asked him how much was due and had my card ready to pay, but he immediately took the parcel away and said he would 'come back another day and confirm'. The parcel has not returned since and I had to go through another external courier to provide me with the UPS tracking number, so that I could go online and pay the amount due. But at no stage did I have direct contact from UPS regarding this - they would not have reached out to notify me otherwise. Extremely disappointed and my parcel is yet to arrive.
