Literally nothing but heartache with these people ups said it’s delayed then when I called customer service to ask them for help I was told that it would be the following day for delivery witch ok no problem but then they attempted a delivery 30mims later why tell me there not gonna deliver it then try delivery it then after calling again they said they will try again at end of day so I get over early from work wait around a hour call them again they then tell me they will do it in the morning and they are sorry train your staff to understand how your own shipping company works how is it so hard look on a computer and tell me yes that is on its way to be delivered to your house honestly I swear they are the most incompetent, untrustworthy, unprofessional, and idiotic company I’ve ever seen in my entire life worse than FedEx. Do not use these people they will only cause you a headache.
