Parcel delivered to wrong house, tracking says it’s delivered but not to me, phoned twice told someone would call me back within the hour. No one has phoned despite being told on the second call they would personally follow it up urgently. Whole day wasted, my advice to anybody ordering online if told the courier is UPS don’t order use another supplier who uses a reliable courier service. USELESS PARCEL SERVICE. Dire and untrustworthy.
