Shipped package from Madrid 06.09.2023 today, 21.09.2023, despite numerous phone calls to overseas call center, failed promises of call backs, blatant lies about 'detailed VM' left with recipients and emails not replied to, its still there, assuming of course that they haven't lost it.Utterly useless customer service and appalling performance. AVOID UPS is my advice. If I could I would leave zero stars.
