I would give zero if i could. lost my package and kept inputting fraudulent notes on their own tracking service and nobody i could contact for any update or help. even drove to their dublin finglas depot for help and nobody could or would help me. local helpline to Indian call centre worse than useless. will never use again or shop online with a company that uses UPS.
