I did not receive an invoice from UPS upon delivery of an item i ordered from USA. 6 weeks later i got a letter from a collection team and a few days after that, late fees were added to my account. They expected to to pay fees assoiciated with handing my account off to a collection agency + late fees for an invoice i never received. i've paid the import duty and taxes due on the item i purchased but refuse to pay late fees. I'm dealing with their customer service team currently and it's not pleasantAvoid at all costs.
