Awful service. Ordered something that I NEEDED to have by Friday (yesterday) and according to the tracking that would be the latest it would arrive. It arrived in Ireland and was through customs by Sunday but every day this week it said it would be delivered before the end of the day but never arrived. Towards the end of the week I was in a lot of contact with this company and the depot even called me and promised it would be delivered Friday. I told them if it’s not here by friday evening it can be returned to sender as I won’t need it after that. Friday comes and I speak to three different people one of who was called Jean or June (not sure the other names) who all told me it was out for delivery. They said the driver would call me with a time, he never did, they said the depot would call me within an hour, they never did. I said I am sitting at the door waiting for it to arrive is it definitely coming today I really need it and was told to wait a bit longer it would definitely come. Surprise surprise it never came. Now it can be returned to sender.
