UPS could not deliver because they had not the correct address. Total b#llshit, my address was correct they had the eircode and they delivered before without issue. Called customer support, they would 'escalate it' and I would be 'called' by the driver. Nothing happened. They hold be hostage at my home 'the delivery was today - whatever hour'. Customer support was unhelpful, the website is not updated with your tracking and they just lie to you to get rid of you. I called them at 9 am to provide my correct address, delivery between 11 am and 1 pm, at 7 pm still no delivery. Liars and incompetent.
