Received no invoice for duty owed on parcel. Paid the driver cash and didnt receive a receipt. UPS keep sending out late payment fees. I contacted them straight away both times and was advised to send emails to a certain person at UPS. Both times I never received a response. Instead of just communicating with the customer who is clearly trying to resolve the situation, they sent a debt collector with threating letters. No delivery driver leaves valuable goods at the door without receiving payment. They would take them back to depot for you to pay and it will be released to you. No communication and departments clearly don't talk to one another. The hassle isnt worth the item I purchased. Still battling after 6 months to clear my name. Never using UPS again.
