Its so sad that such a big company is constantly scamming people with promises of next day delivery and charging 10 euros then not delivering package. Second time a package was due to arrive next day with Ups and second time they lost my package.. there is a customer service line that is repeating written scripts like a parrot and not finding a solution not able to tell you when you are going to receive your package. Just ridiculous** after all this above they today said they now forgot the package on their facility and therefore package wont be delivered once again and they are so kind that they offered me to pick my items up from operations center 1 hour away from my home .. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH WHAT AN IDEA !!?? The helpfullness of customer service is really outstanding glad at this stage that they at least didnt question why i didnt go to netherlands to buy my items myself and come back.
