Ordered a pair of jeans. Had updates from UPS. I was working in the office at the time and was shocked to see I received my jeans at 4:12pm when I didn’t arrive phone until 6pm. I rang up the customer care at 6:20pm and they took down my complaint and was told I’d get a call back. Was 7:30pm when I decided to ring back to find their centre was closed. I’ve a ring doorbell and I received no notification or footage of anyone from UPS delivering anything.Cowboys
