UPS charged shipping twice / lost packace / cannot make a claim

UPS charged the shipping cost twice then I paid which I had no choice but to pay online as I refused as I had already paid shipping costs. Then I paid online now my package is lost and I UPS will not allow me to make a claim during the tme i disputed the shipping charges 6 weeks. Never again will I use UPS at every turn they are a disaster stick with DHL or Amazon Prime.
